ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION

Mr. Deuprey has extensive experience in dispute resolution through arbitration and mediation, having served as a neutral arbitrator or party arbitrator in numerous cases in addition to handling dozens of cases as counsel for parties in arbitration. He is currently on the San Diego Superior Court panel of mediators, is on mediation panels of the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC), and serves on the panel of neutrals for the American Arbitration Association. Concerning mediation, Mr. Deuprey has formal training from The Straus Institute at Pepperdine University and from NCRC, where he earned its certification as a mediator. He is also a panel mediator with Subject Matter Mediation Services (SMME) based in La Jolla.
